Split-Jamb Steel Fire Frame: Our split-jamb technology ensures maximum fit and performance. Features include: • 90-Minute positive pressure fire-rating and 20-Minute smoke WHI. • Adjustable T-Strike - Zincrome Finish • All-aluminum base threshold for added durability. • 20-gauge closure with 1" of adjustability. • Compression-type weatherstrip for a weather-tight seal. • 20-gauge powder coated primed galvanized base frame.

60 Minute Moulded Door Features: • 60-Minute Fire Rated – Label applied • Solid Core • Single bore – no lock

Basic Unit Includes: - 1 pair 4" x 4" Zinc dichromate Spring Hinges - 1 Standard Hinge

Important Note: Fire Rating is maintained based on the lowest rated component.
